My artwork depicts the human spirit.

I depict the human spirit in my art by using a visual language of faces, forms, lines, shapes and images made with various media including drawing, painting, collage, photography and sculpture. These visual elements and materials are meant to symbolize the human spirit existing with other human spirits in the physical world.

I often combine two or more media in one work, so one can play off the other and give the viewer a sense of movement. This movement, for me, represents the human spirit moving into the future and evolving as it moves. I believe at some point, the human spirit will move so far and evolve so much that humanity will take the next step in human evolution.

My artwork also depicts humanity’s next evolutionary step, which will be a spiritual evolution.

When human beings evolve spiritually, the physical and spiritual worlds will seem to merge into one unified world. My artwork imagines how the human spirit will exist in two worlds at once after the two worlds merge. Human beings will then learn the eternal truths the spiritual world contains. and bring those truths back to our world, where humanity they will create an enlightened human civilization.

My art imagines the beginnings of this new human civilization and our spiritually evolved future world.
